Stine vil guide oss gjennom vinifikasjonens detaljer, dele historien bak vinene, og fortelle om menneskene som står bak. Du vil få en dypere forståelse av hvor vinene kommer fra, hvordan de lages, og hvilke unike historier som ligger bak hvert glass.
Musikken vil bestå av et knippe flotte klassiske verk med ulike karakterer, noe virtuost og hurtig, noe søtt og forførende, noe litt viljesterkt og tøffere, noe fyldig og såklart, noe romantisk…

We invite you to a delightful evening of Arctic storytelling where we will explore classic wines with a distinct sense of terroir, paired with exquisite music and delicious food.
This intimate dinner concert sets the mood, enriching the experience, as sommelier Stine, will be guiding us through the details of winemaking. She will share the stories behind the wines, and tell us about the people who bring them to life. You will gain a deeper understanding of where the wines come from, how they are made, and the unique tales behind each glass.
An evening filled with taste, learning, and experiences through stories, passion, and sensory delight —we look forward to sharing it with you!
The ticket includes food, drinks, and a concert.
A four-course menu will be served, accompanied by a wine pairing carefully selected for each dish.
