Helga is an 18-year-old Icelandic violinist. She began her violin studies
at the age of four, and is currently studying at the Royal Danish Academy
of Music under the guidance of Prof. Peter Herresthal. She performed as
a soloist with the Iceland Symphony Orchestra, after she won the Young
Soloists competition. Helga also won the 2023 competition “The Note”
in Iceland, where she performed as a soloist with another Icelandic
orchestra.
Helga is part of the Voksenåsen Strings talent programme 2024/2025.
